Called Mark, easy to make a last minute appointment...good for me because we live in the same neighborhood. He delivers an excellent no nonsense deep massage that certainly satisfies. Mark is a smart guy with a pleasant personality. Liked the massage so much that I called him for seconds. Definitely worth more than he charges.
